      Pros

      Great job and great kids! I had to leave becaus another job had more fulltime hours but the team was supportive and communicated with me for all the time. Vivianna was awesome Andrew was awesome and Jenesis.

      Cancellations for sure but the team notified me timely if anything did come up

      Pros

      The kids and seeing them grow.

      Cons

      Supervisors, CEO, and BC's are only interested in what benefits them. They do not pay for cancelations even if it happens at the door. They do not count cancelations against the families even when they do it on a weekly basis.

      Pros

      working here has given me a lot more opportunity than my previous behavior. Technician job had provided me. I feel better connection with the parents and the front office.

      Cons

      It’s harder to get sessions to be made up at various periods. But that is not a fault of the company.
