Run by management that tends to be petty, unforgiving, narcissistic, and vindictive. Prepare to be yelled at for doing your job how they asked for it. Prepare to be yelled at if you attempt to make anything better. Prepare to not get any performance reviews and have to threaten to quit before getting a raise. Swearing and making fun of employees is a common occurrence. Prepare to be threatened if you leave.
