What? Can you like venomous culture? They're not supporting, infact taking advantage of the Covid situation to wash off their sins. The company has a history of wrong hires and has asked almost 60% of their workforce to leave. Quite surprisingly, a script was rehearsed and those laid off were made a mockery of by the top management which clearly showed their carelessness towards their own people. Founders have no idea what they want to - build a social commerce business or concentrate on SAAS business. You can feel and smell only politics and corruption. Managers are conspiring against their subordinates, salaries not given on time, they block a big chunk of your salary in the name of variable which you never get. Miss behaviour and ill treatment towards employees. Shady company, shady founders, shady culture.
