      Pros

      Sigmasoft has take on big and challenging projects. Its a good place to start if you are without experience because you will work fast in huge projects.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. The culture and the way they treat their employees are toxic (ex. in the pandemic they wouldn't let us work from home until someone got covid).

      Pros

      You will learn technical stuff and gain good experience because you will implement everything. You will create entire screens from front-end to back-end. You will set up virtual machines and environments and you will deploy versions.

      Cons

      Boss is a micromanagement king. He doesn't trust his employees. Everything you create, will have to pass his final review. He creates a toxic environment by constantly comparing you with other employees. Salary is below average.
