Family owned business focused on customer and employee growth. Employees are valued assets and treated that way. Value driven, supply chain/transportation solutions. Signature lowers the barrier of entry for new drivers by providing on the job training and scholarship programs for new, qualified driver trainees. We provide the quickest path to success on the job with high earning potential for drivers of all skill levels.
Cons
Hours can be long, nights, weekends, you have to gain significant seniority to work the more desired Mon-Fri day-time shift in the field. Work hours and shifts can change suddenly. You have to deal with stressful situations in traffic and on crowed highways. Dispatch and office personal work long hours, and can be on call 24/7.
