Pros
Friendly environment thanks to your collegues ( not including managers here). Relatively nice place to learn basics of progrraming (same things after 1.5 year). Collegues help each other as much as possible.
Cons
Extremely low salary compared to average in the sector. Unlasting shifts. Horrible management. Outdated technologies. Self-repeating projects with the same technologies , nothing new to learn after 1.5 year. No professional guidance in development , lack of senior developers which eventually leads to failing projects. Old fashioned managers and management ideology, they are not open to new technologies . Terrible HR (no social activity, no plan, terrible timing ). Promotions are not given on the time they promise. Directors do not listen to your problem and they act like they have not heard about it before. Meal fee did not increase for many years even though workers demanded an increase.
