2yHi - thank you for taking the time to review your role with our firm. We're really pleased that you feel able to say lots of positives about working here. Workloads can sometimes peak, we're aware of that, but we're happy you think you're supported when you need it. Hopefully there's a level of work/life balance that is good for you and you can make use of our open working policy to make sure the balance remains moving forward. In respect to seeing more of your colleagues, please make use of the social events that happen in the offices - the end of month meet ups and drinks are there for everyone to attend.

1yThank you for taking the time to rate Simpson Millar on this site. We try to make sure that all our people know what is happening in the firm and that our managers are communicating what is going on, although appreciate sometimes this might not work effectively. We encourage all our managers to take an ‘open door’ approach so that people can ask questions and find out more. We are in the middle of a series of Town Hall communication sessions which are being delivered across the country to make sure that everyone is communicated to. Thank you again for your feedback.
