Pros

The company is getting you a laptop, but they're kind of doing you a favor and want you to use a second-hand one. They provide lunch, but it's just a simple sandwich, and honestly, you'll need to buy something extra with your own money because it's not enough to fill you up.

Cons

Unfriendly colleagues, with too much favoritism towards the company's senior staff. No freedom, Small office far away from your city, The technical knowledge is very low, there's no organization or planning, and the work strategy is constantly changing. The company has major financial issues, which is why most employees are cheap and remote, making team interactions difficult. Your colleagues often respond to emails and messages with hours or even days of delay. Your direct manager has no understanding of how hard your job is and never helps you. There's no team-building, and frequent jealousy between colleagues, which is really frustrating.

We’re sorry to read this review, as it does not reflect the reality at Sitly. Anyone who works at Sitly will tell you that we stand out for our friendly, collaborative work culture. Every colleague receives a brand-new MacBook or a laptop of their choice. With a small team of just 40 employees, we maintain a flat management structure where every individual is encouraged to share feedback. We don’t believe in top-down management. Instead, we believe that true success and job satisfaction come when everyone feels empowered to contribute to their team and the company’s growth. If you're interested in working at Sitly, then feel free to speak with our employees firsthand to gain a genuine insight into our work culture.

Pros

The pros of working as a babysitter are many, you get to spend time with kids which is always great. You get to create new connections with families and potentially even lifelong friendships. Having patience is a must when dealing with children, as well as quick problem solving skills, which in turns helps prepare for other jobs!

Cons

The cons of this job can be the uncomfortable hours, or sometimes finding families that you don't really get along with, so it is harder to establish a rapport with. This makes the job less of a fun opportunity and more of a weight, which in turn takes all the fun out of it.
