Pros

High Turnover, Unethical Practices – Not Worth It

Cons

Midlevel providers are consistently undervalued and disrespected. The company's focus is entirely on revenue, often at the expense of patient care and ethical standards. Terminations are frequent and often based on misleading or untrue reasons. New grads are brought in with the promise of dermatology experience but receive little support or mentorship. It’s a toxic environment with high turnover and no real opportunity for growth. Avoid if you’re looking for a stable, supportive place to practice.

Pros

Pay not bad but not enough to deal with the owner

Cons

The owner is the worst person I have ever encountered in my 40 years of employment. Benefits are horrible and expensive.

Pros

The work schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm were great and my co-workers.

Cons

The upper management and hr was horrible. I was there for 4 years and we were always getting new individual's in these roles and they got worse instead of better.
