Pros

Good benefits, some good colleagues, gym on site, parking on site, good canteen, flexible working, various shifts available, pay reasonable but not great

Cons

You are micro managed. Management play favourites, if they don't like you, your life will be miserable Very cliquey and workplace bullying is not challenged even when reported Very little progression available. Getting time off can be challenging

Pros

- Lots of great colleagues - Decent benefits - Never boring

Cons

- Massive recent redundancies across UK Tech, while keeping many lower-performing offshore teams and bringing on new third party teams - Engineering concerns are consistently ignored or deprioritised over many years - Fast-paced often becomes chaotic and stressful - Available tooling & resources have gone downhill: slow to make new AI tooling available, replaced access to high quality learning with internal platform with high volume of hard to filter, mostly low quality content
