Pros
- Truly flexible company. Able to pick up children, attend appointments etc. - Staff are all lovely and so helpful. As it's such a big product you never feel like you can't ask questions. - Opportunity to grow. Sharedo are willing to help you progress in your career. - Good option to work remotely or hybrid. - Really good culture. Christmas parties and summer parties are a good way to meet the rest of the company.
Cons
- A lot of people work remotely so the office isn't always busy. This isn't really a con but I had to write something here
