      No pros Don't join this company

      No growth in terms of knowledge and salary. Always delayed salary by 1.5 months They deduct pf from your salary but doesn't pay to government. Salary increment 500 No any kind of employees motivation program no any kind of celebration I left company by giving proper resignation. Still 8 months gone I have not received my salary for complete one month, they don't even bother to respond on call and mails Finally they blocked my number just because I was asking my salary for which I work completely one month

      I did not find any pros for SCIT.

      Cons

      Company seems to be growing but doesn't value its employees. People who have worked for 3 + years gets 700 rs as incentives .Doesn't pay salary on time. Salary may come anytime . there is no fixed time . usually delay of 1.5 month for salary. No promising work culture. Poor salaries./ no focus on individual growth
