If someone goes without taking any salary expectation then this company is good for him/her. One other thing is if him/her.
Cons
Worst management I have ever seen in my job life. One another worst thing is the salary issue. And the last and most problem of the company's managing director. He makes and changes company rules for his own purposes.

They will treat you like a labour. Current employee should raise up voice instead of act like a they are hopeless.
Cons
They will give salary thrice a month dividing your full salary and tell its there policy. Disgusting environment of work. No mental peace . Everyday you'll think how can you defend yourself from them.
