      Great benefits – consider you as a human first and employee second. Flexible with working hours, with remote/office hybrid model according to your preference. Yearly inflationary raise is typical.

      Many inexperienced staffers, team leads are mixed in quality. Salaries are not competitive,

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for people of colour. Racial issues are swept under the carpet or ignored. Labour laws and due process is ignored. (Business development team were told they no longer needed and on one weeks notice they were let go. Not the only time it has occurred.)
