      Pros

      Remote work, Interesting technology space.

      Cons

      There's been plenty of hubris, truth stretching, over-promising and denying by upper management that has left several employees feeling stressed out and gas lit. Be careful before taking on this one.

      Pros

      A fully remote work environment has its perks. Co-workers are very supportive and make it a fun place to work.

      Cons

      From 2022, the founders' behavior changed. Over-promised the clients on features and expect the team to deliver. Hard to understand what the business wants or needs. Contradict themselves every day. Your opinion is not valued. Good people leave every 2 weeks. Employees were halved during the scale-up phase.

      Best colleages I've ever had - very supportive, welcoming, encouraging. All are excellent experts in their fields, and work very well together.

      Cons

      The business owners do not have any ideas how to run the business, and have extremely poor communication, transparency, and consistency in the business management.
