Good for freshers. CRM product company. Will be able to get a hands on knowledge on the CRM product

1. Politics 2. Cheats employees 3. 2.5 year bind for freshers 4. No product improvement. So, it gets boring after a year to test the same thing. 5. Very very bad management 6. Priority given to relatives 7. The manager if the Kolkata branch is a villager 8. No appraisals 9. Bad salary structure 10. No career growth

Pros

Good learning atmosphere, a lot of helpful colleagues, nice products with cheaper price. Seniors with great knowledge in their respective domains. Great CEO with whom you can share your ideas.

Cons

Management never keeps their fake promises, Bad Politics, Brand is the main goal not the talent during new recruitment in the Senior position. Operational manager always used to play the blame game to hide her faults and act like an innocent child in front of all. Low Salary structure, Low career growth.
