      1) Good work culture. 2) Flexible working hours - Work, relax, enjoy doing whatever you want. No one bothers only if you can get the job done on time. 3) Employees can easily connect to the company heads if needed.

      Cons

      Occasionally there might be quick deadlines and stress. But I guess every company has that.

      It is an excellent place to work. Being a fresher, I learned a lot here. I can say it's a good Platform to learn new things. Generous and kindhearted staff and manager. It's the best place to start your career.

      Cons

      Only 1 con, I have seen so far that is "No Canteen". But yes! you'll get 2 tea break :)
