Since russia started its full-scale invasion of Ukraine a lot of customers preferred not to work under the risks and this situation has had a negative impact on the company growth plans and on the team members directly

Low salary Indifferent staff (outside of the my team). People are not friendly overal in Kharkiv office. Even to hear 'hello' it's a rare case
