      Good place to start a career in media & telco

      Pros

      Until recently, the quality of colleagues was the best reason to work there. While quite boutique, the company works for a variety of top clients, sometimes even stealing the show from McK, BCG, Bain & Co due to high level of specialisation (Telco & Media)

      Cons

      Even though salary & bonus are comparable to big peers (nearly en par at the start, then gradually underperforming), perks & benefits are far off (no company car, limited pension etc).

      Fun team and great spirit, lots of interesting projects in free and pay TV, broadband/fibre and media, truly international experience with projects across Europe

      Cons

      It is consulting after all.. so expect hard work and a challenging environment - though the company makes an effort to get things balanced
