None whatsoever. The company with the worst benefits!

Cons

Management is ruthless treating the employees like slaves. The owner is acting like he is a King of this funny yet very dangerous business outlet. Exploitation. No company policies. Not complying to regulations. Only the people at the end of career work this place.......

I enjoyed doing what I did but the employees were trash , drama everywhere like grow up

The customers were regulars and were so kind to me only thing was the customers were not blind they saw all the drama going on and they would always comment on it to me

Cons

The drama, the lies , the sexual harassment , bullying and the managers never ever once said good job your doing great they only pointed out the bad 24/7

They are always desperate for employees and will hire you. 24/7 spa access (this is actually a great pro).

Cons

Status > leadership, corporate style: fire the security guard, playing to win, territory and personal space, personalized blame, gossip and complaints. The list is actually longer, and this is 100% real. The worst of the worst management.
