      Once Good firm now a toxic hell hole in specific orgs

      Pros

      Good folks to work with in general and the firm on a whole is decent, you just gotta avoid certain toxic hell hole of orgs, especially with leaders from places known for their toxicity (Amazon for ex)

      Cons

      Where do I begin! In certain orgs, Toxic leaders, incompetent and extremely manipulative. This is the kind of toxicity you hear rumours of and always wonder if it is true, until you face it. Favouritism, credit stealing, etc., are a day in day out experience.

      Pros

      My manager Sarah cheng is great in all aspects. Usually I care more about culture than salary, so I feel this is the best company I ever worked with, in terms of management and work culture.

      Cons

      None as of now. But in terms of benefits, as we migrated to Cisco, we as a splunk employee lost few benefits.
