Fantastic organization - a 180 from traditional agencies and even some of the smaller ones I've interviewed with. Metrics are there but merely to see what your capable of and how to get you to that next level. For a seasoned vet or newcomer, it's a great spot to learn or to showcase your talents with little to no guard rails.
-Transparent leadership at a localized level
-Small team; You feel the wins and losses together
-Collaborative environment - lots of communication within the office to talk
about how to overcome obstacles/objections
-Flexible work environment where you're treated like an adult
Cons
-Training is decent but I wouldn't advertise it as "extensive"
-The office is a little dated
-If you aren't a performer the comp plan is going to hurt.
