Thank you for sharing your perspective. We would like to clarify that at Springworks, transparency and open communication are central to how we operate. Employees have access to multiple dedicated platforms and channels where queries, feedback, and suggestions can be raised, and these are regularly addressed by the leadership team through internal discussions, Slack forums, and company-wide town halls. Our performance and people practices are structured and transparent, with clear expectations and processes in place. Decisions related to performance or role alignment follow the defined frameworks. Regarding work schedules, these are structured in line with applicable compliance and labor guidelines, with defined working hours that include scheduled break times. As a remote-first organization, these structures help ensure clarity, accountability, and effective collaboration across distributed teams. Our focus continues to be on maintaining a professional, transparent, and people-friendly work environment where employees have access to leadership, clear communication, and opportunities to grow.
