Some really good team members,and of course the residents

Bad Management who are bullies and cause a toxic environment but they think they're doing a good job along with HR because they're very good at talking the talk, when in reality they micromanage because they're clearly lacking in skill. One example is that they belittle you in front of others during team meetings! So leads to a culture where people are afraid to speak up. Get rid of the hierarchal structure and managers, replace with competent leaders, who encourage a self managing team.
