Pros
Office administrator is a wonderful woman, she puts in work to make that office run, and the kindest woman I have ever worked with.
Cons
-very little room to grow and share feedback as an employee on how things can improve -manager’s way or no way -there is little to know knowledge what’s going on communication wise between manager and client. You’re told to call candidates you have sent to manager for the job to ask THEM for an update when they have heard nothing from their potential job. It’s our job as a staffing agency to know what is going on and keep them updated.

Lots of micromanaging from owner and no opportunity for growth. Made it impossible to earn commissions
