Pros
Some nice genuine hardworking colleagues, some of the clients are good to build a rapport with.
Cons
Continuous micromanagement of every aspect of the business and severe lack of trust by management, very autocratic - input by employees is almost non existent Career progression limited to family members, atmosphere and morale low. Staff turnover for the business type was exceptionally high.
