Pros
Statum believes in you and therefore trust you with a lot of responsibility and influence on pretty much everything.
Cons
I can hardly come up with any cons, but if I have to; I would mention that working in a start-up environment such as this, you should have the right mindset. It can be quite hectic and if you don't feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment you shouldn't work here.
