Bad management. Bad working culture -Colleague bullying others. Very hard to ask a leave. Even on leave or weekend, they kept ask me to work offline. Upper management did not tolerate and dont care of workers as long they didnt satisfied. Upper management expectation are too much and too high to achieve. Double standard everywhere. Too much weakness by management team.

Good pantry and nice deco for christmas.

Cons

Boss always using foul language. Stayback almost every day. Non stop tender submission, if the tender not successful each staff will be responsible for it. Working with micromanage management.
