Pros

Good salary for fresher as higher management thinking is that number of employees matters not experience.I don't like the culture also

Cons

Too much politics,No work life balance, Specially higher management is very bad, Not recommend for experience people.Strongly not recommend for tier 1 colleges

Pros

Zero....8 months ..did not find any....

Cons

Pathetic company to work for. The senior management feels that they can insult individuals whenever they want, There is too much politics and chaos. I worked there for 8 months and for 6 months got abused without reason and as the matter of fact, without work. And this is not a supply chain consulting company but a warehouse consulting, They just want to wear suits while know nothing.

Pros

1.) Decent exposure to a variety of warehousing related projects including EWM Implementation, Warehouse Design, Process Re-engineering etc. 2.) Very fast paced start-up like environment helping in faster growth for freshers

Cons

1.)Not recommended for experienced professionals; especially MBA Grads from top tier B-Schools as compensation is low compared to industry standards 2.)Lot of politics amongst senior management to take credit for successful completion of a consulting engagement, leading to junior management dissatisfaction 3.)Unreasonable expectations in terms of project deadlines, poor work-life balance, highly impatient senior management who dont consider, respect and promote employees ideas and opinions 4.) Ill-treatment by senior management for small mistakes including insulting in public domains amongst juniors and freshers 5.)Lot of buttering by existing employees make it even more difficult for other employees to get into newer projects; People continue to remain in their comfort zones by praising their managers: again too much politics
