2.)Lot of politics amongst senior management to take credit for successful completion of a consulting engagement, leading to junior management dissatisfaction
3.)Unreasonable expectations in terms of project deadlines, poor work-life balance, highly impatient senior management who dont consider, respect and promote employees ideas and opinions
4.) Ill-treatment by senior management for small mistakes including insulting in public domains amongst juniors and freshers
