Pay scale can be better

Top Management is clueless about Vision, People Management, Ethics, Empathy or Finance. The first thing they do is cut salaries of employees. in 2022, did not pay 50% salary to staff for 4 months. On Diwali, fired 50% staff on a single day, without warning and without letting them serve even a single day's notice period. They again announced 50% salary cut (5th time in a year) of those still employed. Those who were serving the Notice Period, were also relieved from service immediately and were paid 50% salary for the days served prior to Firings. In December, the staff was not paid salaries and FnF (for those who opted to willingly resign), as they suddenly announced that salaries will be released to only those, who generated revenue. Never seen such an unethical and Fraud Organization. #disaster
