      Good salary. As it is startup you will get chance to work on every area. You can raise your issue directly with Manager/CEO Good salary increment.

      i dont think there are any

      they dont even validate your background checks. provides negative feedback to your next employer you will not get form 16 hire and fire many employees in 2 3months its not proper reliable company for freshers nor for experienced one. as you can not prove your experience with them.
