Pros
Stoll is a friendly and supportive environment in which to work. They make every effort to be as flexible as possible for staff without compensating on the support and services that they offer to their beneficiaries. They are incredibly supportive to Reservists, which goes hand in hand with the way that they are an organisation who are supporting the Armed Forces community as a whole. There are a very good range of staff benefits given it is such a small organisation.
Cons
As with most small charities, wages are not particularly high.
