I am sorry about your experience. I can understand your feelings. I can assure that we don't have the policy of hire and fire. We are not an opportunist company but a value-driven organization. We have strong recruitment and selection process. Many would term that as long and unwarranted for an organization of our size. We take the hiring process very seriously; primarily, because we want a long term association with all colleagues joining us. Starting this year, we have also included aptitude / psychometric test for all candidates joining at middle and senior level. We go a long way to ensure that the company and candidate finds a perfect fit for the long term. In a rare case of a wrong judgment or due to operational or ethical reasons, if we had to terminate any candidate, we have ensured that the full final settlement is made and handover is completed as per our SOP. One of our achievements is that people at Strategum love to work with us. We have most of the team members working on an average for 3 years and more. Many have been with us since the founding year in 2009. We are growing and based on your review we will be more mindful on this fact. Thank you.
