      1. Good HR policies 2. Employee friendly 3. Free hand to learn new things

      Cons

      1. Screwed politics and favoritism 2. HR will never respond 3. No value for the work you have done. Lot of lobbying for promotions/appraisals

      No Creche centre Worst Employee policies Prefers tamilian There is no employee engagement activities promotions and good salary hike only for tamilians and who do bucketting to managers Manager treats employee as labour still school environment IF you complain HR, managers will torchure you until you leave the company
