      -The people and culture are great -Wearing multiple hats -Having a voice and input on the team -Fully Remote -Moving up mid-market in the space has been successful -Constant improvements to processes and platform -Pay and benefits

      Cons

      Start up- which means a lot of change and a lot of trial and error. So far, they have made it work and try and keep employees happy.

      Strong product-market fit in a growing industry. The company is filled with talented people. Remote work flexibility. Opportunities to learn quickly due to the fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has created opportunities, but also increased workloads and responsibilities. Teams are often asked to do more with less, making long-term sustainability a challenge.
