You are expected to be a miracle worker, and if you are not, you are disposable. - "Mean girl" bullying mentality - the principals are often young, under 30 and treat the staff like you are in HS, if they dont like you, you will know it and feel it. - No work life balance - No real lunch breaks. Often times managers schedule meetings during "lunch time"- you are expected to eat while at the meeting. - Extremely LONG hours (7AM-5PM daily at minimum) - Prepare to be gaslighted from pretty much everyone is leadership and at the network. - I could go on. but the above says most of what you need to know.
