Management is toxic, they micro manage you, the leaders at the top pay themselves a ton of money but do not pay their employees well, pay is way below market average for all roles in the same industry, limited PTO, have also heard similar negative experiences from other people that have left the company, the company is very unorganized there is no accountability for leadership, they do not have an HR department. Little to no diversity and inclusion, lack of commitment to diversity and inclusion
