Working at SurfCT has been nothing short of amazing. First of all, the team they employ is amazing. Super high communication level that leads to success and no office drama talk. I've never felt comfortable speaking to a President, Vice President or any management level team member before. SurfCT is a working family in my opinion. Secondly, the opportunity to create anything I desire is not only encouraged it's expected. Not for the weak hearted or passionless. You are given the tools to get yourself in the game and create any outcome you choose. Ive never had a working support system like this before. A dynamic workplace indeed that pushes you to want and do more for yourself, your family & your team.
