Pros
Hybrid work (with mandatory 3x week office attendance) Sustainalytics had the most talented and amazing professionals in the space
Cons
Sustainalytics was a great place to work, but unfortunately, recent interference from its parent company Morningstar has changed it. Despite major layoffs in 2023 and changes in leadership in all areas, the company still doesn't have a clear strategy or leadership able to guide the company and keep employees engaged.
