      Pros

      1. People working there are hard-working and will inspire you to do better 2. Office is beautiful and you feel comfortable working there 3. Direct Reporting Manager is quite helpful and you learn a lot from them

      Cons

      1. Company undergoes frequent changes in personnel; there's no stability 2. Product Designs aren't original and designers are encouraged to copy from other sources (stifling creativity) 3. HR policies are not employee-friendly 4. Little to no growth as titles are already inflated 5. Unrealistic KPIs and KRAs with no basis on reality 6. Unnecessary Office Politics for the most basic of tasks

      Pros

      I have worked at Suta as an intern in 2021 as a student, I got amazing exposure, very interesting projects to work on and loads of learning as a student, later I joined as Fashion Designer and got to lead some collections, again extremely interesting work and teammates and management are extremely helpful and warm and welcoming.

      Cons

      A lot of work, but if you are a fresher and want to learn a lot and work a lot, this is your place
