      Pros

      Good benefits, prepaid medicine, life insurance and more. A lot of things to do, many projects open to innovation and growth. Manager and colleagues were really good and collaborative.

      Cons

      Not fully remote. I have to travel more than 2 hours (almost 3) to the office just to do the same work at home! All my team and managers were outside my country.
