Pros

I can’t think of any.

Cons

Stressful and depressing place. Regret ever working there and so much happier since I left. Badly organised giving you an unsafe amount of jobs and ridiculous distances to drive to. No work life balance and poor pay

Pros

No pros at all sadly

Cons

The worst workplace I have ever come across, it will taken you to a pit of despair and depression, the people are horrible bullies, if you do not fit in with the stuck up managers clique, you will not be made to feel welcome or comfortable. You will spend every day feeling uncomfortable, left out, hearing conversations go on around you and about you. If you like working in silence, with no one even saying good morning to you, watching different members of staff be treated differently and having your mental health suffer, then this is the place for you! The managers are toxic, they have no managerial skills and do not care how individuals feel, no training is put in place and you feel too scared to speak out and ask for help. I saw a senior member of staff often roll his eyes, sigh and laugh at his team when they expressed problems or unhappiness. Nobody felt comfortable going to him with a problem. It is shocking what happens in this little own run business, where HR are in bed with the managers so you have no where to turn. Since I left this hell hole, I know many other people followed suite, for their own mental health and sanity and have been so much happier. I would advise anyone who is looking at a job here to look away, I only took the role as I was desperate and didn’t want to be jobless, but it was the most unhappiest I have ever been. I now know why this company has a huge turn over of staff and are constantly advertising jobs!!

Pros

Late start at 1200 - 8pm

Cons

There is a welcome bonus that they will try to cheat you out of via finding a reason why it doesn't apply to you. Unprofessionalism and division among the company employees. The people who give you the work will try and pile all of the work they need to clear onto your pda without even calling to let you know that they've they've it. They also know very well that it is impossible to clear all the work that they have sent but as long as it is off their screen they don't care. Blurred company rules Told separate rules that contradict each other entirely by managers. You will follow what your manager has instructed to the t and end up with a written warning for doing literally what you are instructed to do. The absolute worst so take note! The pay seems amazing for certain roles. You will join thinking that you are going to make loads of money as the pay is so high but no. They are crafty and deceitful and have basically forced you to do a certain amount of night and weekend work with no extra pay when you are called away from home at say 1am. Do not work for this company is the best bit of advice that I can offer. They honestly look great at first, I was so so disappointed when I realised the reality.
