      Pros

      Targets India's obvious problem of poor education and a failing environment. Latter done better. Upcycling work is excellent and commendable.

      Cons

      Acute inflexibility and deaf-eared-management; often axe their own hard work. No place for aspiring technicians. Please ask for a contract if you are given a job.
