Pros

Salary packages are in line with the market Get to learn lot of new technologies, full hands-on experience on all project Get to work in all verticals, development, support and testing Visibility of efforts till higher management

Cons

Not very reliable as a organization, due to covid salary cuts happening, laying off as well Management is not very transparent about the decision to layoff of salary cut No one respects work-life balance, people are expected to work 24/7, they might call you after you have logged off and make you work till 3 am or more. Leaving or logging off on time is frowned upon. You may have planned any personal leaves or vacation, they might cancel those on last moments if anything urgent comes up. Leaves balance is not credited upfront during start of the year but it gets credited 1.5 leaves per month wise. So suppose they say you have 18 days leave in a year, they mean 1.5 days leave per month. Now if you want to take 5 days off in a month, you might have to accumulate these leaves over the months and then take those. if you have taken leaves without accumulating then your salary is cut. they will not adjust leaves of next month. you might get called in to work even on your personal days. Its frustrating to work in a firm where you are expected to have no personal life. There is no cafeteria of the office, so you get tiffin or order in. No perks like coffee machine, office boy makes coffee twice in a day thats all. work wise, higher management commits to the clients with some ridiculous and unrealistic deadlines, without even consulting with dev team about the required efforts. which then causes dev to work overtime and have sleepless nights. Poor project management. During covid we were told that company doesn't have money to sustain, so might shut down without the salary cut. and in few weeks they have hired atleast 10 new people. Where does the money for their salary come from? Basically they are taking undue advantage of the current crisis. This company is not worth it.
