You get to work with really efficient and unfortunately misplaced people.
Cons
The directors are like people who have just found some money and don't know what to do with it. Leadership - SUCKS Management - SUCKS It's offshore team is working under the name of Global Associates. A promise by the upper management and directors that Synchronisys will be registered in India is unfulfilled nearly 10 months after it has been active at offshore. No structure for hikes. Some get it randomly and some don't.
