No career growth. No security. If you are billable then fine else be always stressed. No cross training or skill growth.

People here are generally good with few exceptions, good parties

They don't have any structure at work, important projects are handed over to Junior Employees and the expectation is that the work should in be in very less time and with very minimal cost to company. There is absolutely no future if you are working as a Non Avaloq Person. India HR is the worst. Very low salary hikes and less projects. Please avoid if you are a fresher they will spoil your career.
