Pros

Good sales training and product catalog

Cons

Zero work life balance. They tell you to “set your own schedule and expectations” but that’s not easier said than done when you’re on call for transportation and angry customers. Corporate management live in an alternate reality when it comes to “market relevance” and only care about shareholders and profits.

Pros

at the time, good benefits, customer and sales driven, listened to employees, respectful of employees, paid employees fairly, market driven

Cons

corporate has assumed control of all aspects of the sales process and is forcing each opco to comply to the same exact processes and procedures. workload has increased across all departments as headcount has been reduced, pay has been driven down.
