Pros
Good place to learn basics and good company to start the carrier. Initially salary was low but as experienced you can draw the good salary as per Medium scale industries. Politics will be there all around the world but it can be managed.
Cons
Evaluate the roles and responsibility of individual based on their designation. Designation should definite with respect to other companies which also suitable to our roles.
