      No permission or notification is required when stepping away. Cooking in the office is allowed. Improve stress management and mindset.

      Cons

      Instead of receiving proper guidance when mistakes occur, employees are often scolded by seniors in an unprofessional and childish manner. It appears that having a strong background and numerous advantages is necessary to gain their approval. There is a lack of teamwork, and the workload is overwhelming, while seniors receive all the benefits.
