      Pros

      Coworkers and management or very helpful and always there when you need help or your questions answered. Great opportunity for advancement depending on your drive for success. It's more of a management program they train you to become a manager so that you can expand within the business.

      Cons

      I was three days within the job and did not do or sign any paperwork. The job is commission based only. You work six days a week from 10 to 8. If you enjoy going from door-to-door, Then this is a great job for you. They do not provide benefits none whatsoever you are to find your own coverage.

      Opportunities, Coaching and Travel

      Pros

      I was able to put my degree to work after graduation. The Management Training Program caters to people who want to succeed. I like to call myself the "Jack of all trades but master of none." I've had experience in about every field imaginable through college. I definitely am able to apply the basics of what I learned in those jobs here.

      Cons

      I was spoiled with my college class schedule. It's an adjustment to a full time working schedule.

      Good Company

      Pros

      Good pay for someone right out of college. This is a good company to work for right out of college if you want some hands on experience.

      Cons

      You must be a go-getter to do well here. It's a great opportunity to gain great experience in a fun environment, but you must have an above average work ethic to succeed. I was challenged daily.
